Order Processing
All items are made to order through our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Times
Shipping time is separate from production time. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, destination, and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to Printful due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the carrier is unable to help, you may reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Printful requires photo documentation in order to approve replacements. We will submit a claim on your behalf and assist in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products. Delivery times vary by destination and may take up to 30 days depending on customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has gone into production. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
